Terms & Conditions

Check-In / Check-Out Time

Flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out policy based on guest convenience.
Guests must vacate the room within 24 hours of check-in to avoid additional charges.

Reservation & Payment

Advance booking is recommended to ensure room availability.
Tariff is subject to applicable GST and service charges.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking confirmation.

ID Proof Requirement

Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory at check-in for all guests.

Room Usage

Maximum occupancy limits must be respected as per room category.
Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and follow basic etiquette during their stay.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children below 5 years of age can stay free with parents (no extra bed).
Extra beds/mattresses are provided on request at additional cost.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period given.
No refunds will be processed for last-minute cancellations or early check-outs.

Smoking & Alcohol

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Consumption of alcohol is not allowed in public/common areas.

Damage & Loss

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to property or loss of room items during their stay.

Security & Behavior

Kumbakonam Home Stay reserves the right to cancel or refuse accommodation for guests involved in unlawful or disruptive behavior.

Visitors Policy

Outside visitors are allowed only with prior approval and must vacate the premises by 9:00 PM.
